My only real issue with Oberoi Springs is the power backup; it covers common areas but not the flats, which is annoying during outages. The approach roads outside the complex genuinely need work, as they get messy during the rain. The maintenance charges feel slightly on the higher side for what’s offered. I expected more seamless facilities at this price point. It’s good, but not flawless.

Living at Oberoi Springs has been pretty comfortable, the amenities actually feel maintained, and the society as a whole is quite organised. The gym, pool, and common areas stay clean, which isn’t something every complex pulls off consistently. I like that parking is streamlined, so guests don’t end up circling forever. The flats have decent ventilation and usable layouts, too. For everyday comfort, it delivers well.
