Recently I had visited the property from NBR GROUP, Me and my family went for a site visit on Saturday to NBR TRIFECTA which is located in sarjapura bagalur road when we saw the layout we were very happy bcoz the layout is very well formed more than that it is a DTCP approved plots with all good amenities with affordable price I would like to recommend every one to go and have a look the NBR TRIFECTA am sure you will really like that layout and also the staffs are very friendly and even I recommended some of my friends even they visited the layout and they are very happy

Hi all, I have purchased a plot in NBR Green valley in 2013. They made promise of resale when ever I need it. When I tried to contact NBR people, they never responded to me in this regard after that fateful registration. Now the Sub registrars office also stopped registering the plots of NBR green valley, citing that the layout is illegal. The reason, the farm land is not converted into residential land type by proper authority and hence the layout is illegal. Now I donot know what to do. The NBR is not listening to me or even caring my calls. So, NBR group is definitely not a genuine one.

This review I am writing after talking to a person in SRO about this. Actually, I tried to sell the plot on my own in this month. But, the sub registrars office did not allow for registration of the plot for resale citing the above legal issue. They have already stopped registering the NBR green valley plots.

I am writing this review through face book, anyone can check my identify and those who want to contradict need to provide their identify and contact number.

The moment I thought of my dream home, I had to take into account various factors from budget, location, amenities and connectivity and I had to get my priorities about these aspects right too!. While I was on the plot hunting project, my friend suggested NBR developers. I am not here to rate them as the best, but instead wanted to share my experience. The reason for selecting this particular project was: approved plot, good amenities, within my budget, good location so the prices are sure to appreciate in the future and the builder seems to have a decent reputation. I went down to their site and took some legal counsel and only then gave them a booking advance. I am very happy with the way their field employees and sales team worked with me – they helped me with all of the paper work. Overall, my experience with NBR developers was good.

Long back we purchased a plot in NBR meadows. We were so satiisfied that I recommended my sister in law to buy one and also three more friends. They are very flexible with payment and Mr. Nagabhusan Reddy the owner of the group is a very nice person. He is approachable and understands the problem of others. I would definatey recommend as your hard earned money will not go waste. I wish the best for Mr. Nagabhushan Reddy and his team.

First of all, you are supposed to do your due diligence before you book the plot. I have had a good experience with them so far. There was a bit of delay in hand off but then every builder makes use of the grace time period to some extent.

They do attend calls and respond to queries; I used to visit the site often(for my satisfaction) and this way I could be at peace that work was going on and they do respond to all queries and the hand off was as smooth as can be expected IMO.

I am a content buyer with NBR Developers. I am quite surprised to see such harsh reviews here and in case you have the proper cancellation clause in the agreement, they are bound to stick by it. Usually they require reason for cancellation and in case you can point out legal issues, they refund or there is a deduction. I would recommend that all buyers go through the agreements, discuss with the builder and their lawyers to understand what the agreement states and then get in to it! This is the approach I follow and I did have a decent experience while registering a property with them.

I bought a plot in NBR meadows which is one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made in my life. Their sales rep promised the sky. Construction took forever and post giving the cheque, they stop picking up the calls.

I got the property checked out with a lawyer and I was told that it was a risk as it was not fully converted land as per their claim on their site. And on site construction quality was very average with tilted water towers and high tension wires runnign thorugh the property.

I then went for cancellation. When I booked the plot I was told(and was mentioned on the receipt) that the cancellation charge would be 10% of total. When I wrote in to them they mentioned cancellation was 30%! They made some random claim that was not mentioned on the receipt or when the rep spoke to me. THen afterwards they said 25%. I had to wait for 6 months, called my parents down to speak to them, and only after some threats did they finally give me back some money. Even now after 1 year rs 17000 is pending with them.

When you go to their office they speak like thugs, they stop picking up the phone and say "do whatever you want". Disgusting disgrace of a company. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HAVE ANY ENGAGEMENT WITH THEM.

Good in quality and made. I felt haply with their planning in design and more of the they use more space and build up a quality rooms with great efforts and punctual .i love their way of designing these people were real-ling inspired by some of the great designers in the world and maintain some great quality standards.we must have to know this things before having a builder to meet and if not they will teach you with the fundamentals of their design techniques and more often they have some dummy things which will show up and provide the things with the great fortune and it will really break.they were well established and it was really a great deal to be with them with such a great amount and thanks for having a place to review about them.

Being an NRI I always look for investment properties back in India. Since Bangalore is a place where most of my relatives reside, I was looking for plots around Sarjapur area.  The reason for selecting this place was the appreciating property prices. NBR Developers offered the prices for very good prices and keeping in mind that I will get a good resale value for their plots in Sarjapur in the future years I have purchased land from NBR.

Today my dream of owning a home has come true just because of NBR Developers and Builders. I am not here to overrate their services, instead want to share only the benefits that made me happy. Before buying a home I requested for a site visit which was accompanied by their team member.

They have showed me the home before buying and also the location of the project site has impressed me very well. As portrayed in their website, their site is located in between the greeneries and away from the regular hustle bustle of the city. What made me more impressed are their friendly services and the cordial approaches.

NBR Developers, along with other regular activity they have guided me very well in buying the plots and also the benefits that are available in the long run are clearly explained. As few members mentioned here my experience with NBR Developers were not that great, but it was satisfied and they fulfilled the promises made. I had a plan of investing on real estate plots, as it might have higher returns in future. But, I was unable to find the correct real estate agent or an agency to depend completely. I had worst experience with two real estate agencies and wasted my hard earned money. Then, I made decision not to believe any unknown person to make big investment.

I came to know about NBR Developers through one of my good friends. Though he did not make any investment, he just helped me by saying me the necessities offered by them. They clearly explained the rates and the facilities that they made. After finding it to be the believable one I made my investment and also got my original documents. Till now, I have not faced any problems with the land on which I have invested and also hoping to resale to take out higher returns.

I want to share my own experience with the NBR Developers. I bought a residential plot in NBR Green Valley Phase

1. At first, I did not have a clear idea on their projects and also I was in a greater dilemma about whether to invest on plots or to buy an apartment.

2.The customer support team guided me very well and explained me about the various benefits that lie in buying plots.

3.The project as mentioned has all the necessary amenities and was a suitable place for building up a home. It has been a year till I bought that plot and found no legal issues or problems.

4.All the documents were perfect and I am sure that I will not face any problems or issues when I resale that plot.

So, overall NBR has done a worthy thing to me and happy with their guidance and support.

Dear  All,

I have purchased  a plot in NBR Green Valley during the month of March 2011. Till the date we have not received Khata Certificate from the company. I have  requested for resale the site, through the company, but no response.

When I am trying sell the same through brokers, they are not ready to sell the same because of legal problems. I have circulated the legal opinion to the company. Company is not responding for the same.

I have doubt about the project, from a Legal point of view.

Guys pls do not trust nbr developers its a fraud company. They dont issue pata on time it takes one year for pata and after the registration nbr people forgets u.

Its a waste of time u can invest in stock market atleast u will get ur money on time. No development. No approval. Panchayat land no bank loan all the builders near by that have bank loans and dtcp approved this NBR is a waste, trust me.
