Amenities are good and underground water drainage system is good sales staff is very cooperative and we'll behaviour well known answer given to my questions good service by NBR layout is just 5 min from Sarjapura on the main road is the advantage near by area also will get develeped with in a year and one more good thing I noticed they have given more space for greenery which is very good

I have taken in NBR golden valley 2013. They promised me that time all amenities work will complete with in year or max 2 years . But very sad to say almost 7 years passed still they didn't done pending work, Even I recently visited plot, I surprised to see no security guard is there, even one boundary wall got damage, main gate got damaged, MY Plot water pipe got broken, not single development happened till now. I request NBR developers, If some one reading thisKindly start some maintenance work there and start to develop amenities work with street light. So we can start to make house there. Its too much time got passed 7 years try to understand your customers feeling if we took plot with you for some reason to make our dream house . Not for simply to keep property lifetime .

In 2015, I have submitted in cash Rs. 20, 000/- to NBR for getting Patta for my land nos. 722+723 in NBR Green Valley. I did not receive any receipt from NBR for the cash amount deposited because I was informed that the job shall be done through an agent.

Till date I did not receive any Patta.

I followed up the matter from time to time.

I sent multiple emails. No response.

Upon calling customer care, I was told they lost copies of the sale deed which I submitted during cash deposit. I sent again the scanned copies over email  on 14-Apr-2017.

I bought plot from NBR builders in Golden valley around 6 years back, builder promised that swimming pool and other amenities will be ready within a year.It has been almost 6 years but other then building roads and putting up some swings in small area no development has been made.

Just now paid advance amount for the plot in this property.So far Baliram the sales executive has been very supportive and Mr. Srinivas manager also explained things patiently. Need to wait and watch for next steps and registration process.We wanted to see speedy development of club house so that we can visit on weekends with family.Thanks NBR Team.

Request NBR Developers to share the RERA approval details for their projects in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu(Hosur). Your projects were under investigation in December, now your name is not visible either in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu. Please let us know if they were approved by RERA in 2018.

IT IS VERY FINE BUT COST IS MORE FOR THAT PLACE. STAFF ARE FRIENDLY. AMENITIES WANTS TO DEVELOPED. ANYWAY OVER IT IS GOOD LAYOUT. WE ARE HAPPY. I REQUEST NBR GROUP TO REDUCE PRICE. I BOOKED A PLOT IN NRB TRIFECTA 20*32 AND IT IS VERY GOOD DEVELOPMENT PLACE IN FUTURE IT BETTER FOR INVESTMENT. The layout based on the current development is very fast forward. The amenities provided by the nbr group include club house with swimming pool and gymnasium which constitute about 10, 000 sq. feet. They provide roads made of cement and the plots of the customers choice and requirements are given. The location of the current project is very serine and beautiful. They provide the option of allowing the customer to modify the registered site in anyway they wish to do so.

I recently visited NBR Trifecta and very much impressed with the development and decided to buy the plot. They have provided me the cab to visit the site and the executive is very professional and informed every thing about the project. He patiently explained all the queries asked by me. After that I visited the office for the negotiations regarding the price. The office staff was courteous. Initially I interacted with the Marketing executives over there and then finally the MD as well. The MD offered me a very good competitive price. He was very polite and have explained me every thing related the project. So I booked the plot then and there.

I was looking for a property connecting to the main road and close to Hosur. I came across NBR developers and visited their property NBR Trifecta which is in Sarjapur Bagalur Road. It's a marvelous project and it's provided a lot of amenities. Its in a good location and I felt it's in a developing area. I personally preferred it because it's far away from city life and the layout is well planned .

Besides this I feel it's also good for investment purpose. No regrets in investing money in this property. Value for money too.

Purchased a plot from NBR in their Orange County project, in early 2014. The promise that was made - NBR would help in resale of plot when required. I have made several attempts to contact them through phone call and chat, they keep telling that someone from a relevant department would call me. Till date, since 6 months, no one has contacted me. They also promised to assist in obtaining KHATA after sale deed registration, that also did not happen. I was told that KHATA issue was stopped by SRO(for reasons unknown).

I am worried if I end up loosing all money invested in that land due to reasons like illegal layout, inappropriate or insufficient approvals from authority etc.

I hope someone from NBR reads this and help to sort out customer issue. It is an irony that I recommended 2 other friends, who also bought lands in NBR projects earlier.

Mohan from Dubai. I thought of giving my parents something as a gift. A land plot would be something great, I thought. I was looking for a spot or a location at the outskirts of the city or a bit away from the Central Business Districts but the place should be equipped with good infrastructures, I thought. The options I had in mind were sarjapur, Bagalur, etc. I was looking plots for sale in Bangalore East that were low priced but it should have bright prospects.

NBR Developers was a company that I came across very recently and also came to know that they are selling land plots and layout lands at a very cheap price. I had doubt. I went to their offices NBR Developers. Among many other options and the land plots that I visited when the company showed all their land properties I came across NBR Trifecta and selected it. What I saw was a land stretch of about 60 acres roughly and it was developed . They said that they would lay roads and provide the Laxuiry facilities and would also provide all the amenities too. I agreed for it. and so I am writing a review in the section of NBR GROUP Reviews.

I also read most of NBR Layout Reviews too on the internet. On an overall count it was fairly good . The company said they would give the possession in about 3 to 4 months. I also talked with other customers and went through the feedbacks given by NBR customers and even contacted two of them who have bought plots there.

I would like other users and buyers or past customers to go with NBR Developers for good returns in the future.
