Think twice before you invest your money here. I wish there is an option for 0 star from Google to rate and I would have chosen only that. There are list of concerns and Modi management doesn't care for you. Sales team have a sweet mouth till you purchase the property and take the possession. Once the possession is done, you are to yourself. Very understaffed, no proper process to resolve customer issues. Coming to this venture, there are quite a few issues which have been posted to the Modi management, but none have been address so far. Below are few issues.
1. This is not a gated community at all. They have publicized everywhere that this is a gated community but it's not.
2. No compound wall constructed. Where the wall has been constructed, they are for namesake and doesn't meet any proper guidelines of a gated community.
3. Street light within the campus is for name sake. After 6 if you need to walk around, you need to be very careful. They have build such huge gardens, but no light provision for you to sit and enjoy.
4. Play ground: I suppose the GHMC parks have better facilities than what we have here. Most of the equipment's are dilapidated and not usable. Go and check other gated communities and this one, they have the worst possible park.
5. Club house: The club house is a far fetched dream for people living here. We were promised to have the club house completed before our possession and there is minimal progress on it till now.
6. Construction Quality: They have the worst quality of construction. Basically the quality of employees are bad which shows up in the quality of construction.
7. Process: Modi Management doesn't even have P from the process. There is no issue resolution management. They have a so called customer care team, who never responds on chats, emails or phone.
8. They have taken 2 years of advance maintenance from all the individual owners and after 2 years they are asking us to pay further maintenance. The question is when they have not provided the promised amenities, on what basis are they charging the maintenance? They are big time cheaters.
I can go on and on and on, but unfortunately there is no solution. So, people who plan to buy can better be safe or have things in written before going forward.
