It was a great decision to buy my house in Lotus Homes by Modi Builders. Apart from top notch comfort and facilities, the place is separate from the city noise's. Nothing can beat a calm, ambient environment. My son and daughter love sports, so the dedicated facilities are really helpful.

After market survey I concluded that Golden County is one of the projects in Hyderabad. We are looking for luxury and bought a villa in the project. Absolutely beautiful. Our villa is extremely spacious while the project has all the latest amenities I could think of. Since it is near to my workplace in Raheja IT Park it is an added personal advantage to me. Nice one Modi Builders.

The name says it all. It certainly is my paradise. Great facilities. Love the greenery around. All amenities nearby. Markets, malls etc. all easily accessible. The price was also really affordable and I am happy my savings ended up in the right place.

As an investment purpose The location of my apartments in Splendour Homes is the best feature. There are no parking issues and apartment facilities are in great condition. The surroundings have basic needs like hospital, supermarket etc. at an arm’s length. Great work by them.

I moved to Hyderabad in 2016 June. I stayed in a PG for 17 months. It was in November 2017 that I decided to buy my own house. I considered 2-3 real estate companies, But Modi Builders Group had some great projects and that too in locations that were very suitable for me. I buyed a 3-BHK apartment in the Paradise Homes project by them that is located in Hayatnagar. I loved the excessive facilities in the project. The security system is the best. The house from inside is also great. All the rooms have good space and everything else is beautifully designed.

I used to live in PG in Hyderabad but because I was getting married I wanted to buy a house in this city only because of my job. I have never buyed any house before so I was very nervous for taking steps. My colleague suggested me about Modi Builders and said that they can be trusted in this. So I thought to look at their projects and found most of them beautiful. I contacted them and the person on call was really helpful. He fixed a meeting for me and after all the procedure I took a decision to buy a villa in Golden County. I fell in love with the project at once because of the environemnt and the whole locality. It is so clean and green all around. Finding suuch kind of a house in Hyderabad seemed like a very impossible thing to me but then this project changed it all. Apart from this there a lot of things that are just a bonus. The amenities, the beautiful interior and the way the whole villa is designed.

Recently My family was looking for a flat in a good society with all facilities, connectivity to all possible emergencies and market around. We contacted Modi Builders, and told their representative about our requirement. They showed us many options. They were so well planned and according to our need. We finally booked one flat with them. They have multiple options for us. The other builders we have contacted does not show us this much options as modi builders gave us.

I purchased a postcard perfect residential flat at Greenville by Modi Builders a few months back. Since I was very particular about the handover timeline, value for money and quality parameters, modi builders satisfied me for all the concern I had involved in the home buying procedures.

However I needed a much spacious kitchen but I felt that it could be ignored considering rest of the amenities they were offering.

I would like to share my experience with a real estate developer, Modi Builders. Somewhere around two year ago, I was searching for a residential property space then I came across Modi Builders on the internet. I then posted a query on their website and a representative attended me.

The representative requested me for site visit for some of their projects. He also made me talk comfortably about my budget and he provided property options according to it. The flat was delivered just as promised and I did not have to put in a lot of efforts. I got timely possession of my property.

It is like modi season. Modi rocking everywhere. Modi Builders presenting very amazing villas and apartments. They become A very big real estate industry. List of best projects which I know are harmony Homes, Lotus Homes, and emerald heights.

Thing which differentiate modi builders from other builders is the facilities this builders offered in given amount. I usually found my father to discuss about these things.

I ensure you, one must want to work with Modi Builders. As I am also one of them who want to work with modi builders for a measurable time period. This is beacuse of very cool environment of work without any work pressure load. We get incentives monthly those are like bonus, we had parties with them, we get appropriate holidays that increases our work effectiveness. We have flexibility of 9 hour shift no boundation to come at 8 or 9 in morning.

I am staying at Emerald Heights of modi builders since 3 years. I and my family members are happily staying in our home sweet home. My kids loved to stay here. We all were sat in Landscaped garden the day before yesterday evening and I eventually asked them that we are going to shift to Pune next month, I got some good opportunity there. My angel Riya came to me and told me dad I won't go anywhere, I loved this place. My lil angle got upset by the thought of leaving her beautiful place, I decided to stay here as long as my family want to stay. I felt that my family is happy here, we have everything here all the advance facilities. We have good memories here and we can create many more.

Company is faithful for employees. They welcome freshers and mould them into a tough candidate for other competitors. Management knows the strength of team work and treat their employees as a team not as junior or there is no management gap kind of thing. All have their feet in same shoes because of team work and transparency in work process. This thing sometimes create some problem for a personal one. Sometimes some not feel that much comfortable while working. We can not consider this particular thing as cons but we can work on this so that the work process become more smoother.

As they are a big organsation in themselves. Bigger the company is bigger the responsibilities everyone have. Inspite of such responsibility we all working here doesn't feel pressurised. We are giving them our best and in response they value us and offering us the best. And it is pretty obvious if you want your personal growth then you should work for that. Because everyone doing their best job so the customer automatically receive the best one. In short we are working happily so that our customers receiving best construction in the market.

I am from Delhi and pursuing my school. I went to my Nanu's home for some outing for a week which is in Hyderabad. Also recently they have shifted to their new home. My cousins told me so many times that their current residential is amazing So, I was excited to go there. I enjoyed there a lot that place is really amazing, I decided to do my graduation from there and I will stay at my nanu's place. As here in Delhi, most of the time get wasted due to traffics, there I can utilise all my time bcoz no such crowd there. I am so excited.
