There’s some serious baggage: according to news reports, Marigold Constructions has been accused of cheating a senior citizen, and an FIR was filed, alleging they gave a fake allotment letter for Miraaya flats to an elderly individual. That undermines trust. Also, since the project is gated and relatively new, some buyers worry about long-term maintenance costs and whether the builder will deliver on all promised facilities. Given the controversy and serious accusations, there’s a non-negligible risk, which surely put my decision to a definite "NO."

Marigold Miraaya offers a compelling price-to-quality ratio. The highlights are the 2-4 BHK units, which are pretty reasonable for Mulund West. The location is also solid, with being very close to transport hubs, schools, and hospitals, making it practical for families and professionals alike. The project promises a good set of amenities like landscaped greens, a clubhouse, a gym, and a well-thought-out layout.
