There’s some serious baggage: according to news reports, Marigold Constructions has been accused of cheating a senior citizen, and an FIR was filed, alleging they gave a fake allotment letter for Miraaya flats to an elderly individual. That undermines trust. Also, since the project is gated and relatively new, some buyers worry about long-term maintenance costs and whether the builder will deliver on all promised facilities. Given the controversy and serious accusations, there’s a non-negligible risk, which surely put my decision to a definite "NO."
