Big time scamsters, look at their rating of 5 star on the same day they have rated themselves as the best builders.

Refrain buying from Mansani, the MD is a rogue, who has sweet voice but at the time of delivery they change their cards.

First of all thanks to mansani group they understand all classes of people and also they build very good constructions and near this construction we get all facilities like MMTS and road facilities and interior also very good and they mainly concentrate on middle class people MANSANI fulfill the dream of all middle class peoples they understand the needs and independent houses also very good they maintain good parking space and peaceful environment and customer service also very good and specially environment is very healthy.

Not good for apartment seekers!!

This is not the ideal company for anyone who is looking for apartment as their settling home. But they are quite good if you want a home an independent home. I know some places they have worked which now a very good areas. The customer service I can say is not good, well ill say I have had mixed experienced with them bod bad and good.

Staff courtesy towards their customer is not good, they fail to satisfy fully to their customers.

Making My Dream House Real

Thanks to Mansani construction group for making my dream house into real. Once I approached them regarding my dream house. They said that we can assure you the house that you want and started the work and completed within time.

I am very happy with the quality of their work. But, I don't know why some people are saying this as fraud?! My suggestion is this is a good one.

I have a dream of constructing own house from a lot of years. Finally it comes true with the help of Mansani Construction. Thanks for Mansani. They completed my house construction with in less time and the budget is also less than I expected. This is my personal experience.

Don't believe those negative comments given by it's competitors to spoil the fame on Mansani constructions. It is really good and I know like me so many people have a dream of constructing a own house you can reach your dream and dream house through Mansani constructions only.

My Family Members were so Happy

I recently moved to my dream house with my family, and I am proud to say that it has been probably the best decision that I have ever made. It was awesome to see really to say that duplex house was just 12 lac only so my family members was so happy by seeing this house.

I would recommend all of you to at least visit and see for yourself what you have been missing so far.

The Duplex House are simply awesome! The rooms are spacious, artfully decorated with beautiful material used to design the interior portions. The balconies are lavish, to say the least and provide a serene view of greenery that would be enough for a first timer to gaze in awe.

My house comes true with Mansani.

I am an IT professional in Hyderabad. I decided to buy a house. I went to Mansani constructions.

Their MD, Kishore told about their views. While he was saying that, I was impressed so I decided to buy a house. I thought that the value of my house is high but he had quoted some less price only.

When I booked my house Mansani constructions, he promised the project will be completed in 15 months. He delivered in 12 months itself and I was satisfied with them. My all dreams for my sweet home was created by Mansani. They have done all work what I had asked them to do, so I was very happy with them.

Once u approach them for purchase your dream house comes true. Finally I was happy with them.

When I went to purchase a flat, I visited mansani constructions. Overall customer service is very good and builder has a very experienced team to handle customers. Construction quality is good. In case you have a complaint in your flat or overall project, then inform the management and they will help us.

Overall, we are happy with Mansani Constructions and would recommend anyone to invest in this professionally managed company.

I had booked a flat in Mansani Construction’s new project. M.D. Kishore of Mansani Construction had promised delivery in June, 2013. When I paid the full payment, he delivered my home in-time only.

-When I went to see my home it was simply superb.

-Construction of my house interior, floors quality is so good.

So now I am ready to buy another home from Mansani Construction's.

I purchased flat here and I am happy with the quality of work here.

Marketing guys always help us. My all dreams for my sweet home was created by Mansani. They have done all work what I said to do, so I was very happy with them.

They complete the work sooner and sell the flat for less money. When I went to meet their MD. Kishore he talked with me well. Now I am waiting for another flat to buy with Mansani.

Once you approach them for a purchase of your dream house, they will work for your dream house. Make decision and and go there to purchase a flat here. They have experience in real estates so don't worry for that, always be positive.

For the price point - Very Good!

At the price point these builders have given, this is a good project. The architecture is very good.

Sufficient balconies and good ventilation. As pointed, could have been refined better but with little money spent at the right location this can be refined and ambiance can be improved.

Unlike these apartment, the two bed-rooms are the size of the 3 bedrooms. The living rooms are very welcoming.

I booked a house @LAXMI GANAPAHI NAGAR.

I am very much impressed by the quality and finishing of the construction of my house. Now I have given my house for rent and happy with Mansani. They even finished my house in 7 months.

I paid the amount in installments as per construction agreement and so was the work done after my satisfaction only. The elevation is also very beautiful. I used to approach M.D. directly, when I felt necessary.

Just 12 Kms away from Koti, Central bus depot, Secunderabad Railway Station & free drive to New International Airport.
