Houses at Very affordable price at their ventures and are with well connected locales. They are apt at selecting places for ventures where the land cost jumps 2-3 times in a short time.

If you want to feel the agony, frustration and waste your money then choose Mansani constructions. We have invested in one of the Mansani construction Thirumala Residency, Nagole, Hyderabad. Initially they have boasted that this venture is deluxe model type independent houses. Actually their construction is third class construction. They will commit so many things before our investment, but once you venture they will simply escape.
We are investing our hard earned money not black money. They will not understand our money value. They will never hand over your house on time. In fact nothing goes as per schedule. The delay is in more than 1 year. We have paid cash to them as per their schedule. But they will keep each and every agreement document with them, including original land registration documents. They will not even give a Xerox copy of agreement. End of the day, if you want to quit you have left with no option. They are prompt in collecting installments from customers, but never feel responsible in addressing customers concerns.
Dear friends never ever trust this mansani constructions. Their customer care is also very poor. The MD is rude in talking to customers. Now our entire family is going through sleepless nights.
Mansani construction is a Third Class Company. Never go with this company.
