A bunch of buyers even took things to RERA, which immediately kills confidence. For a project at this price point, the transparency should’ve been rock solid, but it’s been on the total opposite end. Even if it looks great now, the major concerns behind its history cannot be wiped off.

Lokhandwla builder is branded and goodstylish builder but he is very cheat builder. I really suffer .he is verysweet danger. Because my two properties he say to me you want same properties as yiu like place and give promise also but last tine he neglact me and confused me s.r. a.law regulation .I didn't give that you want.

Lokhandwala is a cheat. He delays on his construction. Does not fullfil most of his promises. Does Illegal stuff. Blackmails flat buyers..

If you value your money do not go to Lokhandwala.

If you buy a house in a building built by him, be sure that the construction will be inferio and delayed, you will not get the OC for your building even decayed after you start staying there You will not get safe corporation drinking water,

As property prices appreciates, he will ask for his pound of flesh.
