The downside of living here is honestly too big to ignore. Why, if you ask? -The project has had legal issues, possession delays, and broken promises around things like “racecourse views, and those are enough to make you dubious. A bunch of buyers even took things to RERA, which immediately kills confidence. For a project at this price point, the transparency should’ve been rock solid, but it’s been on the total opposite end. Even if it looks great now, the major concerns behind its history cannot be wiped off.
