I regret buying an apartment here. You are treated with scant respect after the purchase is made. The maintenance of the apartment is the worst you could possibly encounter. Current is disconnected for the occupants even though the payment is made etc. Less said the better.

I am one of the customer of this company causing lot of mental torture. Every service is highly priced. Once you enter into their fold then you will be a life long sufferer. By hook or crook they will money otherwise they will stop all essential services. Very worst management and no courtesy to its customers.

Horrible maintenance. No proper water supply. They won't provide basic amenities like useable lift, and water but will torture you for undue luxuries like biometrics. Unnecessary harassment from Watchmen. Zero freedom to live peacefully in your own house. Treats everyone like students in a hostel - By not allowing guests and relatives. If you are planning to buy/rent a house here - Be prepared to live in jail-like conditions with no water, disrespect and harassment from everyone, irresponsible maintenance and rude staff.
