After spending some time exploring the area, I realized the project isn’t as convenient as it sounds. Public transport options around the site are limited, and you rely heavily on cabs or autos, which might shake the monthly budget a bit. The towers are also packed with units, so it doesn’t really feel calm or spacious. Great concept, but daily convenience might take a hit, according to me.

I’ve always liked Powai, and Silicon Valley just feels like a natural extension of that vibe. The project looks futuristic, the amenities are, of course, impressive(given the name), and the entire layout has an ISB campus-style look. But be sure to make your decision wisely because this housing is ideal for young working couples or anyone in the tech ecosystem. Other than that, well, it's up to you to decide what suits you best. But yes, the design language is fresh and way ahead of typical Mumbai builds.
