Residents online have flagged heavy traffic near Kannamwar Nagar and late-night honking noise from the nearby highway. Also, the project’s amenity list looks minimal compared to others in the same bracket and locality. The basics are covered, like gym, security, and maybe a small play area, but nothing stands out as such.

Gurukrupa Satyam sits right in Vikhroli East, which collects decent scores for infrastructure and accessibility to major business zones. The floor plans are smartly laid out, offering a solid mix of affordability and livability. The Families also seem to appreciate the overall peaceful neighbourhood and the essential amenities. I’d say it closes the sweet gap between mid-segment and slightly premium housing.

I really liked how Gurukrupa Aagam benefits from its prime Ghatkopar East address. The connectivity, including markets and schools, is reachable with a quick rickshaw ride. The 1 BHK and 2 BHK layouts feel thoughtfully designed for urban living, which also include RERA approval and modern amenities. The project also seems ideal for working couples or bachelors who want to stay central without going overboard on price. For a micro-project, the developer has tried to maximize the usability of every square foot.

I am staying in this project(MARINA ENCLAVE) for last 4 years. It was an good project with good amenities. Now these amenities are used by the stray dogs only. Stray dogs are threat to the kids, elderly. Yesterday my daughter was attacked by the stray dogs around the kids playing area and she got injured. When I went to the office of the project managers office. He didn't even acknowledge my letter about the incident.

There are dog lovers in the building and they have brought upto 80-90 dogs in the society in last 2 years. Neither security of the complex nor the builders people stop these people from bringing these dogs inside the premises.

Now these people are breeding these stray dogs inside the premises. Each time they produce 8to10 puppies. These are then taken care by these dog lovers by providing them milk and food. Once they grow then they are added to the population.

This society is so infested by these stray dogs you can not walk anywhere. These dogs barks all the time and wherever you walk you find dog poops everywhere.

They are there in basement parking, kids playing area, jogging tracks, everywhere. Security here is so pathetic you can not allow you kids go alone. Infant many parents now stopped sending their children fir playing. Senior citizens avoid coming downstairs for walk. There is constant fear among the residents and the builders has no concern.

Anyone coming to Marina Enclave please beware of these stray dogs.
