Residents online have flagged heavy traffic near Kannamwar Nagar and late-night honking noise from the nearby highway. Also, the project’s amenity list looks minimal compared to others in the same bracket and locality. The basics are covered, like gym, security, and maybe a small play area, but nothing stands out as such.

The floor plans are smartly laid out, offering a solid mix of affordability and livability. The Families also seem to appreciate the overall peaceful neighbourhood and the essential amenities. I’d say it closes the sweet gap between mid-segment and slightly premium housing.
