I am interested this project because floor plan and Block plan extremely fantastic with Modern facilities. I discussed with my friend about the floor plan he agreed the floor plan Alpine designed really good. because my friend basically he is an Architect and live in Australia.

The view of settling for a good 3 BHK apartment in North Bangalore. Among the Under construction projects I had looked up, some were really fine, location, price, amenities etc all. One of it was Alpine Pyramid, near Hebbal Flyover, at Sahakarnagar.

This project is now under construction, and since I am ready to wait, looked to be a good option for me. The access - fairly nice, the staff at the site was courteous in answering the innumerable queries I posed to him, Spacious 3 BHK options at acceptable prices. I went ahead and picked up a 3BHK on the floor of my choice.

A good company to work for. Can get beautiful growth in carrier and learning. Perks & Benefits are very good in the company. Company is growing like anything and acquiring all the government projects. Company is now jumping in construction activities too, which is going to be successful in no time.

The acquiring of tenders are done in beautiful and tact ful manner.

The only drawback is there is no monitoring by Top Management. Employees are recruited and thrown by CEO's. Thus spoiling the name of the company and creating a bad image in society. Few people working at CEO level doesnt know meaning of CEO and also dont know how to manage things. They want everything to be done in their manner, trying to change company policy and procedure of the companies by changing the system of balance score cards, and other hr procedures. Thinking that I am great and all others are just idoits.

If management monitors the situation it can be the best organization to work for and the future of GMR is going to be huge.
