Never Think of Them. Worst Construction!!

Review On Foyer Group, Bangalore

I have a friend who stays in one of the Apartments that was constructed by FOYER GROUPS. The apartment is located in Electronics City Phase 1. The banners of the said apartment will definitely attract anyone but when you go inside the apartment you will get the true image.

These are the points I would like to put forward in support of my argument:

> There are many cracks that can be seen on the walls in each and every block. I have also seen that the cracks has developed inside the homes as well.

> There is a huge problem with the water pipe connection system. I have seen that many of the residents or the tenants were facing water lodging at the kitchen sink.

> Water leakage from the bathrooms and kitchen which in turn has entirely spoilt the walls of the homes. Fungal patches also can be seen in many places due to water seepage to the walls.

> No proper security as it has been seen that the guards that has been appointed has been found sleeping many times on duty.

> Yes there is a swimming pool but with NO WATER.

> The lifts get stuck more of the times.

> There is no proper management for the said Apartment.

So please think twice before any one would like to buy there DREAM HOME from Foyer Group.
