I would like to tell about my wonderful experience with DS Max Properties. It’s a dream come true for us and we are a happy to say that we own a home in Bangalore. Nothing could have been possible without the tremendous support of the entire team of DS Max. I would like to personally extend my thanks to few people:
Sales:
Ghouse - A very humble and a soft spoken person and carries a very pleasing personality. Very confident about the product he is promoting. Our first meeting with him was quite convincing which made us to enter your office. Highly dedicated employee and strong convincing skills with clear information sharing and has good respect for all his seniors.
Operations:
Mark - Very professional and interactive. We were happy to meet him and could get all our queries resolved. Highly responsive, immaterial of the concerns small or big, queries etc… Stayed back to meet us post office hours for long discussion and was patiently attending to all our silly queries and assured us of best services at all times. This assurance was not only given verbally but the services are also being provided till date. On the day of house warming also we had some requirements to be met instantly – we were very happy to note that a team of people were sent to address our concerns quickly.
Loans:
Shivakumar - Perfect person to handle loans. After taking details of salary, existing loans etc…etc… he gives us a clear picture of the probability of loan approval. His way of saying it – itself makes us feel that loan is done, it’s an art of communication. I have heard people running from pillar to poster for home loans for months. But when I shared my experience with my friends – all were shocked. Entire process was handled by your team– post all the document submission. Just 3 days for loan disbursement – awesome…
CFO:
Prasanna Sir – I feel very small to say anything about him. Being such a senior person he is also available to talk to us at any time. Attend to our requests and extend support appropriately. Spoke to him few times but, could not meet him. In short - with his proper guidance and support all went well.
Registrations:
Anil – I have always heard that getting registration done is the most difficult task. But we never knew when did the process start and end. On every milestone we are only left with sweet shocks.
Few others I would like to thank are Back end team(Payment receipts are on time), Samanth, Hrudayanand, Ramesh, Painter, House Keeping & Security. What a team of people you have at all levels – ultimate! In short if I have to say…
