First I would like to thank DS-MAX for making the dream of a middle class family to own a house in Bangalore,

I took possession, everything is fine, during construction time I use to go regularly, they have done internal modifications as per my expectations,

I am happy about the quality of construction, Infrastructure and designing is also Excellent, Great Work put up by DS-MAX Team

I would strongly recommend DS Max to all my friends and relatives those who looking for affordable homes!

Just recently i did the interiors of my flat with DS Max properties, their work is really good, i love their performance, they finish it and deliver it on time, they also have wide range of options to choose from.

We bought a flat in DS Max Savera, ever since we bought it we are facing endless issues till date. Nothing is resolved. Please be careful with this people They are trying to pressurize people to go for interiors with them only. Even if it is ur flat u cannot take decision on who will do ur interiors. We r still fighting with them that we will get it done on low cost & with more trustworthy people, As we are NRI's who dont live their is difficult to chase them. Bcoz every now &then people are quitting the company & the person who takes over is totally un aware of ongoing issues. Please be careful before buying flat & get things sorted well in advance. Also be very clear with the interiors issue, as they pester you a lot on doing it with them.

Have bought a flat in Stone Hill Property. The property was bought 3 years back and not pocessed due to reasons. But the timely and superb Service of the executive Sandhya Satish we could get the papers organised and everything as we desired. Thanks to the full team. Value for money.

A good property with value for money apartments.

The price is on par with the market. The list of amenities include swimming pool, gym, kids play area, snooker and TT room etc.

The facilities and services offered by DS Max has improved over the course of the last 2 years at the project. The project is being handed over to the Association in August 2019 - the handover process has been smooth till date.

The management was a tad unresponsive to begin with back in 2017, but since then, Mr. Prasanna (CFO of DS Max) has intervened and got some changes (hired better facility manager etc) made which has resulted in better communication and facility management since the last year and a half.

This is a good property to invest in South West Bangalore. There are a few more properties coming up from DS Max in the vicinity which is a good investment option.

Me and my friends have invested on two of their properties like silver wood and silver oak. I will list the genuine feedback as follows:

1) Water Leakage issues.

2) They will take 3 years maintenance in advance but their personals like plumber, electrician or carpenter will be hardly on board.

3) Their bore wells usually wont be in working condition and they wont even try to fix their bore wells even in rainy seasons they don't have rain water harvestings.

Be careful with DS max properties, if you have hard earned money.

Its is good apartment..very good experience..leaving here nappy..good amenities..good interior design...nice structure .and immediate customer support..and staying here very happy with ds max staffs..and also surrounding we have required studs and also good area..

We are shifted to Ds Max apartment recently for rent which is placed in KR puram. Service is good and also get our suggestions and resolved it as soon as possible. Staff behavior is good and they are giving polite response.

They are providing good service to customers.

We own a flat in Ds max swatantra appartment at Halehalli, k r puram. It’s our first ever investment and we are very emotional about it. With high hope and expectation we bought this property but it’s an disaster. Every day we are trying to figure out how to get rid of this property.

The problems are:

1. Never ending issues with the land owner. The Ds max has not done a proper deal with the land owner and these people are making residents life hell by indulging in abusive and physical fights. They treat us like tenants and with no respect. Ds max is silent watcher with no action taken. Police has interfered in the matter after residents complaint as an extremely respectful older gentlemen was abused and his parking was snatched by the land owner. The policeman said it’s a slum.

2. No visitors parking place. Those who are eye candy of the land owners can only have the facility of guest parking rest all either should not call anyone to their house or the guest must not posses a vehicle.

3. Common party hall captured by land owners and Ds max is silent.

4. Utter idiotic security staff who sleeps at night and all the day speak over phone. They show their respect and gratitude to land owner and some special members only. I wrote a complaint to DS max but no action taken. The security guards insults rest of us every day but we are paying maintenance to get insulted. The security guards lift vegetable bags, do shopping , dry carpets etc for the land owners and if an old lady is walking with multiple bags these rats don’t even have basic courtesy to help her till the elevator.

5. Very poor customer service, once sold no one is going to bother about the residents

If possible kindly go for other builders but skip DS max.

I took possession, everything is fine, good project, D's max savera, all are living like family members, no issues, every thing is good, with lot of amenities, center place, no issues from builder's, staff members are very friendly, they did all possession process very fast.

Its been 1 year I shifted to the house. Thinking construction quality is good I purchased the house. but it's not true. Many leakings in ceiling. Worst quality. Asking customer service team to fix the issue for more than 3 months. No response. I am regretting now why I choose DS MAX

We have been living in DSmax sanskru thi since 2014 and we are having a Comfortable living .this place is very comfortable and early morning nature lighting is very beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, I am very happy with the way ds max support to us.

Worst experience, Bad construction quality, too much delay in handing over of flats, no proper answers from the office staff, think twice before you purchase property from this D S Max Dear Sir,

I am the one of the Flat owner in DS Max Sista Project, for my query the reply what I have received is

a funny way. This is the way you are replying to the customers, useless answers are given to my

query.

NO exact date of completion of project, Who is the Construction Team, who will give answer.It is

already over 30 months from the date of Agreement, till now the Flat work is not complted, Electricity

Connection is not given to flat, No meter is fixed, till how many month we have wait like this.

Flat Registration: Guideline Value not taken after 30 months of project commencing also.

Rera Registration expired on 28.02.2018 and almost one year over till date not renewed. When CFO

MR. Prasanna met us at Sista Project during SE, he told with a month it is going to complete the

formalities of renewal, now he is sitting in Andhra Pradesh just giving advertisement in Face Book.

If we call also not receiving the calls.

Your Sales persons told this is your own project and taking care and giving the Best of Service. Now

we understood that, we have to buy a flat where the Project is JDA, because at least by landlord

force the builder will be complete the project in time.

Please take care of your 1st Own project properly, otherwise the persons oral propaganda is enough to

spoil the reputation of your company.

Hi friends,

I will give a detailed review of DS Max Silverwood building.

DS Max is good at making fake promises to sell its flat. They have not provided Occupancy Certificate(OC) till now. They have given possession without OC which is illegal. Our building could be demolished anytime by Government officials.

This is the case with almost all of their projects. They don't give OC. Most of the customers are not aware of it or never ask for it. But this is a mandatory document that you need to have.

Mr Dayanand - the MD and Cofounder is a big liar. He promised to give us OC when we visited his office but he has not kept his word till now, even the promised date has been passed. There is no proper communication from their end.

I personally have filed a case in RERA about construction quality and after hearing from the judge they were forced to provide solution but they have only provided temporary solution.

There have been seepage happening in almost all the flats on top floor. They just gave us a temporary solution for now. There are visible wide cracks all around building which gives us nightmare in the broad daylight about the future of the building that it may collapse own its own in not so far future.

Their customer service post sales is horrible. They don't listen to your grievances unless you legally threaten them. Many of other flat owners are planning to file a case in RERA again for OC this time.

I am pretty sure many of the people here are not much aware about OC while writing reviews or giving 5 star ratings and hence never demanded the same. But this a must document for your building.

So I want you guys to do some research and see if the OC has been given to your building.

Demand OC from DS Max for your building before it's too late.

And to those who are first time buyer, DO NOT buy from this builder and Save your hard earned money. Hope this helps some of you save your fortune. Thanks.

See I looked for an affordable apartment in Electronic City near my Office as I work in Infosys. By stroke of luck, I came to know about DS-Max Properties as one of my colleagues referred me this name along with few others. I looked for those builders also and two of them had properties at Electronic City but they were far off and under construction but their prices were higher than DS-Max Sigma as my budget was low. There was no need of bargaining as I got a 2 BHK well within my budget. I am living there for one and a half year and I was happy with my home
