After much thought and mixed reviews, Myself Kiran Naik booked pre-launch at DS MAX Swastik Turahalli. Good thing is we got possession on time and now I am the proud owner of DS MAX Swastik #325.


I have been staying here for more than a year and I would like to convey my heartfelt thank you for providing the best facilities at the affordable price.  DS MAX has taken care atmost quality during the foundation, and structure is really built well.


I did not had any issues interms of registration, handing over and occupying in the apartment. Very somoothly done from DS MAX Registration team.


Good thing is decent apartment is built and committed facilities have been placed from DS MAX, It includes children play area, 2 lifts for each block, well furnished tiles. I did some modifications and this was done as required by the DS MAX Team.


Overall I am pleased that I brought home at DS MAX Swastik and DS MAX is still helping us on adding many new features to the existing building.  I have seen rarely builders doing that. Its great customer focus approach from DS MAX builder for the Swastik project.

Hi, Have been following up with the mgmt for below via email, verbal, in person and Messages for almost 2+ months now.Havent got any closure dates yet.Hense using this platform.@Stone Hill below major issues are not addressed.


1) Flow of water and mud inside parking during rain via boundry wall from the land behind our project.


2) Alluminium sliding window installtion at common coridors was executed at few blocks but shortly the work was stopped in between stating there is materials shortage. This will help us to avoid rain water flow at the coridors.


3) Automatic water level controllers are in bad shape, doesnt work, sensors installed in tanks are not working also not installed properly, water is over flowing frequently which is resulting in wastage of water. No response on this too.


4) Towards swiming pool/kids play area there are coconut trees which requires fixing of nets to ensure there is no impact of falling coconuts and debris etc. No action taken after constant follow ups.


5) Completion of project: gym, party hall, all other amenities still not completed and the quality of flooring installed are already getting damaged due to external factors like rain. Nobody at site to take the ownership.


6) Additional Borewell is required as the pressure of existing borewell has gone down and also water is borrowed from site next to the project. Though we have 3+ points but not all are in working condition.


7) Exit signages and other signages are not yet fixed.


8) As the drive way is very close to the lift entrance we have asked for speed breakers to be installed not addressed this yet.SushilStone Hill

They may be not having felony documents to their tasks. they're cheating innocent clients with fake files, and gathering huge amounts of cash from them and no longer giving right response. if they cancelled also they are now not returning cash in months of time. in the event that they provide cheque additionally it will be bounce. So Be aware from those fraudsters.

The Management is good in nature & working atmosphere is too good. also staff is able to complete the task on given time. Team driven, Management support each and every employee in the organisation. If you are career oriented and want to grow in your career and get the right recognition, this is the right place to be. The management actually scrutinises every employee and checks on their performance on a regular basis so as to find new leaders within the team. Its a great platform to unlearn old things and relearn new things or gain new skills, the exposure here is very good.

One can learn a lot. Not much of work pressure as is usually in the construction field. Also one gets to draw a good starting salary. Moreover work culture at DS-MAX is awesome. Good team members, Good working environment, A great place to learn and perform. Pay and perks are as per the standard. Very professional and good management There are lots to learn and good scope to advance in your career.

Though I am still in my learning curve, I've gained a lot of knowledge about various topics, that is mainly due to the level of exposure I got here. Dsmax builders from what I know are one of the best builders in bangalore. We are pretty much impressed with the way they handled our transaction of purchasing a flat. From the initial stage of prospecting for a property, we were guided by their team of efficient sales people till the moment the agreement was done and final proceedings were completed. It has entirely been a very transparent transaction.

Ds-Max has been and will always be a place close to my heart, because this is where I recognised my true potential, infact the management and team encouraged me to do my best and to beat my own best records. It's been an amazing journey with the team. But I always regret the thought of having moved out of such an amazing place, it's not something that I wanted to do but since we were relocating to another city it left me with no other option other than quitting this great job. I really hope to return and continue work with the team.

Our experience with DS Max is really great. We had booked an under-construction property with DS Max and we had also made the down payment. After more than a year of booking, we had to cancel our booking due to some personal reasons. Usually sales agreement mentions penalty if the buyer cancels the booking and similarly DS Max also had put this clause. But when we put the cancellation request with genuine reasons, we were given our whole payment return without any hurdles even though sales agreement mentions the penalty usually. This was very unusual experience in today's real estate market. We are really grateful to DS Max for understanding us. DS Max provides rare combination in Bangalore: Budget flats with excellent service, follow-up mechanism, flexibility and quality work. In future, if I have to look for property in Bangalore, then definitely DS Max would be my first choice.

FMC team is very helpful in keeping the premises neat and clean. The manager, Jagadish is always available on phone to attend any maintenance problems and takes responsibility in solving them. He has provided good guidance in fixing our building leakages and cleaning activities. He makes frequent visits connect with residents to make sure all concerns are addressed.


Overall we are happy with DS MAX maintenance of our building.

Thank you to you all. for giving your pointers as it’s assisting me out to take my decision to buy flat. I visited close to lawn city wherein they have got one undertaking called Ds max swatantra. I concept of taking one flat there because one in all my friend have taken in the equal challenge.


However lamentably I used to be unable to get the flat inside the equal mission because it’s completely bought out.i've seen plenty of there residences and it’s quite top.

I am a resident of DS Max Stonehill and own a 3 BHK. Among all 3 BHKs, mine is the second largest in terms of sq ft area. The marketing manager had shown all amenities and parking area before we purchased the apartment.


After possession, the parking was marked and was similar in size as compared to all other parking spaces allocated to 3 BHKs in the same project. I.e; 12.6ft by 14ft.


Had seen the parking space marking sheet that the site engineer had in his office. It had appeared as if they had converted an entire passage way into 2 parking spaces, one for me and the other for another potential buyer, but sized on par as other spaces for 3 BHKs.


Now, my parking space has been reduced to 6 ft by 13 ft by DS Max stating that they need space to access the Utility panel that is adjacent to my parking space. They did so in my absence without informing me. When I confronted the site engineer, Mr. Nagraj, over phone, he says he has no power to make changes and that the CRM team has to advice him and also stated that all parking spaces are equal in size, which isn't the case. The 3 BHK parking spaces are double the  size of a 2 BHK parking space. The CRM team keeps looping in other people into a mail thread with no concrete results.


If you need peace of mind and do not want to be ripped off, DO NOT PURCHASE A DS MAX PROPERTY.


They lure you and cheat you starting from parking spaces and moving into illegal construction and deviations that prevent you from getting Khata. This reduces the value of your property.


Things need to change, starting now!

DS Max Samba situated in Visakhapatnam is a dream property for myself and my family which we zeroed on after lextensive search and visit to several builder’s site in and around Vizag. The atmosphere in the complex is conducive for a safe, hygienic and enjoyable living. The elevation of the building is particularly impressive and the quality of Constructionguru30 and the Finish938844 is above par. We are proud to own this property and also like to show it to our friends and relatives, who were quite appreciative of our decision to go for a DS Max Property. We have seen several builder projects, but there is no such high quality building found with others. The materials used @ building is such posh and really longer run. Myself recommended 2 projects to my well known clients @ B`lore

If you want to live good and peaceful life then be away from DS-MAX properties.


They will collect huge maintenance in advance but they don't even provide basic amenities.If you try reaching their team through mails they don't even bother to reply for mails and if you meet them personally they will act as if they are so obedient and solve our issues, they are the best cheaters I have ever seen.

My personal experience with builder is excellent, we can reach top management official of DS-MAX at any given point of time.  When I have taken flat in DS-MAX Spark, I don`t have any idea about loan formalities, common society building, but builder have guided to me in perfect direction and saved money of legal etc charges.   Since this is my first investment in immovable property, I am particular about vaastu and other sentiment point of views and I shown to my astrologer and he has certified all are in fine as per vaastu. Coming to construction quality, location, pricing its amazing.   I am really enjoying property with my family and thanks to DSMAX once again.  Now I have planned to take one more flat with same builder as my loan eligibility increased.  Hope builder will give same kind of approach as experienced in earlier.

Hi All,


This is Ranthir Muralidharan, Flat owner of 330 of DS Max Stone Hill, AnjAnasultanpura.


My suggestion to the new buyers is dont go for DS Max, for the people who purchased and not paid full make sure that all your grievances are got from them and aishwaryasingh23 in full. As I'm suffering after paid in full.


I have raise 4 queries and they are not interested to listen them and no responses from CRM.


1) Bathroom is getting the Septic Tack smell when you flush or open the tap for water, this has been complained many times and not rectified for past 5 months and living with the same smell. I need to flush the water and open the water in washbasin for 5-10 minutes and wasting water unused and then all smell goes then using the bathroom. I have requested them to rectify and they are still thinking how it can happen. Really I don't know how they constructed these kind of architecture.


2) Wall Cracks - I have complaint in the past before I paid full amount and they rectified immediately and very supportive to fix all things. After full aishwaryasingh23ment done, I have logged complaint on their register and via mail to CRM and no body bothers to attend the call.


3) I have requested for documents which is required to aishwaryasingh23 tax and katha transfer to my name which no one responded yet and I don't know when they are going to provide the same.


4) Car parking - Dear buyers make sure that you see the car parking of DS MAX before you aishwaryasingh23 the amount, For me they have allotted a place where I need to carry my car in hand then park it is surrounded by 4 cars and no path to get in my car parking. and allotting space they have done for 2 flat owners in the same place. How can I park?


For the same when I called the CRM they shared a person name Mr. Dilip(9900117430) who doesn't know to how to speak to a customer and respect on call while speaking. He doesn't have manner while talking. I don't mind what ever position he holds in that organisation, @SATHISH please teach your staffs how to speak on the phone.

This is Madhu from Blore and I am a satisfied and happy owner of DS MAX Savera Flat so far.


Since 2015 I am in touch with DS max to buy Savera property, due to some reason I have delayed buying flat. Later I have decided after doing survey in and around Uttrahalli, for this price with the amenities, none of the apartments are ready to give or build the flats. When I had planned to buy a house, I have made enquiries with my colleagues, friends and also checked on web. Also visited nearby completed projects where my close friend bought the same group flat in different project and flat is very good, he is very happy too. I saw the construction quality of ds-max projects and checked about legal, vaastu compliant everything as per the plan. I felt to buy and then approached advocate for all checks done. Finally we got all approvals. We are eagerly waiting for possession and am sure we will get the flat well within the agreed timelines.


We have no issues so far and happy too.


Very patient and humble staff. I am damn sure no other builder doing so, I myself heart fully recommend DS-MAX.
