I purchased both a commercial and a 3BHK residential property at Sheetal Regalia through DGS Group, and I completely regret this decision. The construction quality is extremely poor — nowhere close to what was promised during booking.
After receiving the fit-out letter for our residential property, it became clear that everything was done in a hurry just to hand over possession. The flooring is of the worst possible quality, the finishing is pathetic, and the overall workmanship is shocking for a so-called reputed builder. Even SRA buildings have better quality work than this.
Within just six months of inaugurating our commercial property, the tiles started breaking, and when we checked, we found sand, very little cement, and even plastic wrappers underneath. This clearly shows cheap materials, careless work, and no quality control whatsoever.
The contractors appointed by DGS Group are also extremely unprofessional — especially Mr. Arun, who is rigid, uncooperative, and never ready to fix anything. Once you take possession, no one from DGS Group is available to help, and they stop responding to your concerns completely. There is zero accountability and no after-sales support from their side.
It’s shocking that a builder of this scale can deliver such low-grade work while charging premium rates. People spend crores of their hard-earned money trusting DGS Group, but what they deliver is unacceptable and disappointing.
