Fraud & Poor Management - staff is inexperienced, rude & bad.

We had booked a flat in Deep Sheetal - Nallasopara

3Possession somehow was given 3 years back.

But they are still yet to clear the balance amount before possesion.

I have been calling end number of times in the last 3 years. to Ruchita, Samita(who has left but was helpful), Shefali, Rupali who are really bad. They say they are calling back but no response till today.

The arreas of this pending amount has been gone up.

The receptionist at Goregoan office is also not helpful.

Very bad builders, not clearing the amount.

Dont buy any flats from their project.

They give all rosy & 5shit talks at the time of sale but they are cheaters.

Sharing the worst nightmare.... We booked our 1st flat with DGS grp in 2023... In the beginning we were given a very rosy picture of how trustworthy they are... The flat possession was committed for Dec 2025.. It's been 3 years since booking.. Till date not more that 2 floors are built... work haulted since last 1 year... Wen we requested for a refund we were told of a cancellation penalty... After fighting back they agreed for a full refund but the refund is being issued after 3 months of waiting thru postdated cheques for further 2 months... It's been a mental torture for us... I do not recommend DGS properties to anyone

I usually don’t write negative remarks on any product or service, but this time I do due to the poor management of Sheetal Tapova, who has ruined my flat purchase. I booked a flat with them almost five years back, which they promised to deliver on time, but they didn’t. They were delaying delivery every 6 months, which made me fed up. Now I have the possession, but the pain and financial loss I bore are unexplainable. I won’t recommend anyone buying or renting property here due to poor management; instead, look for other good options available in the area.

I’ve been living in the Sheetal Tapovan in Malad for almost one year. The society is really nice, offering great lifestyle amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, kids’ play area, security, power backup, and more. The apartments are spacious, airy, and bright, giving a luxurious feel. Not only the apartment and society, but the surroundings are also amazing, offering all the necessary amenities such as schools, hospitals, and malls nearby. My kids also enjoy living here as they have many good friends here. It’s a perfect destination for people seeking a home in Malad. Such as an affordable housing option available at a great location. Highly recommended!

While the pricing was attractive, the reality is that the amenities are extremely basic. I faced delays with repairs and had to push for updates more than once. The common areas also lack the finishing touch you’d expect from a new building. Good for the price, but not if you want comfort beyond the essentials.

Sheetal Tapovan felt like a good stepping-stone property for me. The flat is functional, ventilation is decent, and the locality works well for commuting. The pricing made home ownership achievable without stretching too far. Overall, for a first purchase, I’ve had a stable experience.
