Service Delays and Basic Amenities Only!

Review on DGS Sheetal Tapovan, Malad East, Mumbai

While the pricing was attractive, the reality is that the amenities are extremely basic. I faced delays with repairs and had to push for updates more than once. The common areas also lack the finishing touch you’d expect from a new building. Good for the price, but not if you want comfort beyond the essentials.
