The project’s size is manageable with 101 units, giving it a more community feel rather than a massive block township vibe. The architecture is semi-classical, and according to reviews, the balconies also come with an option of panoramic views, which is rare for smaller configurations. Amenities are also solid: gym, jogging track, banquet hall, power backup, and rainwater harvesting are some of the listings among plenty of others.
