Hai all,

I would like to write a review about this apartment. I had been there for 8 months. For me it was not a good experience. Many times I fought with the manager of this developers for unnecessarily increasing the rental rate every month. They are charging my increasing extra amminities bill. For parking also they are charging more than rate than any other apartments.

Before taking lease they were good in communication and behavior. After we gave advance and started staying there, then they showed their real character and disappointed our family.

The maintainance is very poor. They are not maintaining the apartment with well equipped materials. They are using very cheap quality products for construction and very soon getting leakage on the roof at the time of rain. The sanitation and waste disposal is too bad.

The staffs are not good at work. They are not helping. If we ask any help they sometimes should react with rude manner. The Internet connection is very poor. Many times it got disconnected.

They are constructed this apartment in cool and calm place, but still they are in maintainance and its maintenance sounds irritating the people. Our kids can not concentrating on their studies because of its heavy sound and shake.

We complained them many times, but they are still continuing their bad services. So overall I am not satisfied and won't recommend for others.
