Let me take the honest route and tell you straightforwardly that this isn’t a modern premium product. Infrastructure here feels dated compared to new builds, and amenities haven’t kept pace with what the present builders push today, as some parts show wear and don’t feel fresh anymore. You’ll also have to deal with monsoon waterlogging in nearby areas, so the obvious traffic jam during the on and off season is at its peak, which doesn't seem to care a bit that you live in a residential complex or not. If you want sleek finishes or luxury perks, this will not cut it.

With all the perks in place, Evershine Crown is still not flawless. The project sits in a pricey bracket for Kandivali East, which makes you expect better, especially considering the never-ending traffic chaos it comes with. Roads can get clogged, and on some days, getting out feels like a mission. Again, smaller lanes around the complex feel tight, especially when unauthorized cars are parked. Some residents also mention occasional utility hiccups, like water or gas supply disruption. If you’re not into hustle-and-bustle commutes, this might grate over time.

Millennium Paradise is one of those older big layouts where everyday life seems like a silver screen dream. As soon as you step inside, the sheer scale gives it a campus-like vibe, so you don’t feel boxed in even in a city like Mumbai. Being on a 120-ft main road in Thakur Village means buses, autos, and trains are always around, so it won't be a pain to get around. Plenty of open space keeps things breezier than typical high-density societies, and that's why the word of appreciation travels fast, as most residents feel secure here and comfortable with the general upkeep.

Life at Evershine Crown feels balanced between space and convenience. My flats, including others, are nicely sized and let in a good amount of natural light, which honestly makes my weekdays less of a drag. The society has a functional set of amenities that includes courts, playgrounds, a gym, and power backup, which actually get used and maintained regularly. Security was solid when I visited; plus, being in Thakur Village means malls, schools, and hospitals are all within reach. The connectivity via Western Express Highway and metro access is a real time-saver. Overall, it feels like a practical family home with decent daily comfort.

I have visited Evershine - Mumbai's office many times and I must tell you that the Customer Service was awesome. They greet very well and they explain all the things about their projects in details. Projects are great and constructions are better as compared to other branded builders.

There is definately a trust factor when you hear the name Evershine. Unlike any other builder they never try to give jazz. Staff Courtesy was very good and being a well know builder, you can invest blindly. I will rate 2 out of 5.
