Worst builder

Review On Cream Properties, Mumbai

As our building needed renovation so we had contacted cream properties. This builder was very popular in our area. The cost of the contract he took was too high. Also the way he implemented the project was not good. We had told him to change but he didn't listen at all. So we had to go with the flow. The number of workers available with him are very less and on holidays they don't come. Also the manager don't visit the site regularly. The working speed is very less. It has been six years but still the work haven't been completed. Our builder members had gone fed up and argued with the builder. But he the builder respond harshly and also he don't give any refund. Most of the members had left the building because of this. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder as you will be disappointed with his work.
