I had Purchased a Villa in Confident Bellatrix Project in the year 2010. I was Promised a Villa Plot and Construction there after as per our Design. There was one Project Manager by name Babu Davis who was very Helpful in the Site.

Their Architect was also Friendly and have done all the Designing what we wanted. I am very Happy with my Home and the Beautiful Park right in the Entrance of the Project. My Children Play their Every day. I am also very Happy with the Neighbourhood and the Neighbors in the Project. When I had some Confusions I could meet their Director and he sorted out all the issues. We invested in another Real Estate company and could not meet anybody beyond Sales Manager or Customer Support Manager. Thanks to the whole Team..
