First of all, kudos to the CRM team, who literally went beyond to get the job done! This is how to win trust. I saw this property Sora & Saki in 2024 at Bagalur, and at first sight itself I was impressed. The quality, the surroundings, its always first impressions that can catch the eye, and it did. While I always had a perception that a project might give a random timeline for project completion and handover, but over here, they did a great job in that sense. Such things make you automatically feel for referrals, and I referred two of my friends to 66 & Shibui. Experience thus far has been brilliant!

I bought a 3 BHK flat in Bangalore from Assetz Developers, thinking they would offer a quality living space, but I was wrong. The flat's build quality was not good. I was facing the leakage issue in the bathroom of a newly constructed flat, for which I paid a lot, and I was paying the high maintenance charge compared to other developers. The worst part of it is that they promise everything, but they forget to deliver. I stated my issue with them personally, and they were giving a solution to maintain by ourselves; they can’t help us. Such unprofessional behaviour and poor management. I won’t recommend anyone buy property from them.

Assetz property group review- After delivery, I wasnt sure how responsive the company would be, since many businesses tend to slow down once the main transaction is done. That said, my post-delivery experience with Assetz has been mostly positive.

Whenever I reached out with questions about documentation, follow-ups, or small clarifications after handover, the team usually acknowledged my request within a reasonable timeframe. Not everything was resolved immediately, but there was clear and consistent communication, which really helped. I was kept updated instead of being left in the dark.

What I appreciated most was that post-delivery support didnt feel rushed or ignored. The team remained approachable and willing to assist, even with minor concerns that often get overlooked after delivery.
