Reviews on Chaitanya Group, Mumbai

Summary

Don’t expect high-end finishes or premium amenities from this real estate project. The offered units feel very “barebones” compared to modern contemporary developments; if you’re looking for comfort beyond basic shelter, chances of feeling limited are higher. Also, resale potential may be modest given the lack of standout features.

Here’s where I’d be cautious: while the listings are solid, I found a fair bit of variation in resident feedback; many reviews seem generic (nice locality and nice whatsoever; it's just repetitive), therefore making it hard to separate marketing-style reviews from actual lived-in experience. Also, even though the project is “ready to move,” the price per sq ft moved up recently, so potential appreciation comes with a premium. Given it’s a 100-unit project over 2 acres, amenity spread, and society-level maintenance might feel mid-tier. For someone expecting luxury or high-end “tower-life,” this might disappoint.

Honestly, the small size feels restricting sometimes; using 370 sq ft or so for a flat means you constantly feel boxed in. Also, because the project is modest and density is high, amenities and open space feel limited compared to newer developments in the area. Maintenance and upkeep also have nothing special and seem average enough to live, but not luxurious to enjoy. If you're chasing more space, luxury, or a premium lifestyle, this isn’t the place to look at.

I liked the location, but the flat felt tighter than I expected once furniture came in. The ventilation could’ve been better, too, especially in the kitchen area. I also had to follow up multiple times for minor repairs after moving in, which got tiring. It’s fine if you’re okay with compact living, but don’t expect premium comfort.

I moved into Radha Govind because I wanted a solid, ready-to-move flat in a Mumbai suburb and one that didn't feel like a cramped studio. The 2 BHK units here (915 sq ft) are genuinely roomy for Borivali standards; they have a nice living/dining space with a balcony and kitchen fitted with grout/vitrified tiles, giving a comfort that’s hard to get under ?2.5 Cr in Western suburbs. Living here feels decent because the locality checks a lot of boxes: good connectivity via the Western Express Highway Borivali East roads, quick access to malls, groceries, hospitals, and public transport. For buyers who want a home that is ready and has decent space suburb-level calm with access to city-style amenities, then Radha Govind feels like a balanced home base.

Ashwini Residency is a modest, budget-conscious project offering 2 and 3 BHK flats (584–977 sq ft carpet), with decent basic amenities like lifts, parking, and proximity to essential facilities (markets, transport, schools), further making it functional for everyday living. For someone who just needs a simple place, and not luxury, then this can serve well.

I moved into Krishna Chaitanya mainly because I needed a ready-possession place, and particularly in Andheri East (due to work reasons), and the convenience surprised me within the first week. The flat (1 BHK/1.5 BHK) is compact but well-planned, and with the metro/local bus road links nearby, commuting from here is super easy. Local shops, schools, and hospitals are also close enough to cover daily needs, so it also brings a hassle-free, essential needs guarantee. For a small family or single working person, this feels like a decent entry home to start with.

Moving into Chaitanya Kohinoor made my weekday routine simpler. The flat isn’t huge, but the layout is smart enough for comfortable living. I even love how quickly I can reach groceries, stations, and basic needs around the area. For someone who works long hours, the convenience really adds up. Overall, it feels like a practical, no-nonsense home that delivers exactly what you expect.
