Honestly, the small size feels restricting sometimes; using 370 sq ft or so for a flat means you constantly feel boxed in. Also, because the project is modest and density is high, amenities and open space feel limited compared to newer developments in the area. Maintenance and upkeep also have nothing special and seem average enough to live, but not luxurious to enjoy. If you're chasing more space, luxury, or a premium lifestyle, this isn’t the place to look at.

I moved into Krishna Chaitanya mainly because I needed a ready-possession place, and particularly in Andheri East (due to work reasons), and the convenience surprised me within the first week. The flat (1 BHK/1.5 BHK) is compact but well-planned, and with the metro/local bus road links nearby, commuting from here is super easy. Local shops, schools, and hospitals are also close enough to cover daily needs, so it also brings a hassle-free, essential needs guarantee. For a small family or single working person, this feels like a decent entry home to start with.
