I booked a unit in Casagrand Athens three years ago with the expectation of timely delivery. At the time of booking, the builder clearly promised a handover by February 2024. However, the project has been delayed far beyond the committed date, and to this day, there has been no clear or transparent communication from Casagrand regarding a realistic revised timeline.


This prolonged delay has caused tremendous stress and inconvenience, especially due to ongoing EMIs, rent payments, and disrupted relocation plans. As a committed customer, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, accountability, and responsiveness from a reputed developer like Casagrand.


It’s extremely disappointing to witness repeated missed deadlines and vague, non-committal updates. Customers deserve honest communication, clear timelines, and timely delivery—none of which have been met so far in this project.
