I booked a unit with Casagrand, expecting a timely delivery, given the reputation. But the possession got delayed by almost a year, and communication from the CRM team was extremely poor whenever we asked for updates. Even after registration, some promised fittings weren’t installed properly. I noticed seepage near the washroom wall just within a few months of moving in. Reaching out for post-handover support feels like a task in itself. A lot of things said during booking weren’t mentioned in writing later. Due to this, plus the stress of follow-ups, it honestly killed the excitement of buying a new home.
