Can Group, Mumbai

The major flip side of staying at Rose Villa is the flat size because their sizes are on the smaller end; it starts feeling cramped if you have more than 2 individuals in your family or have to host guests more than often. Some basic facilities like parking and water supply feel limited compared to newer buildings around. Also, traffic in the area and occasional crowding outside the building take away from the comfort of living in the west section of Mumbai. In the end, it is, at best, fine for a bachelor or a couple, but less so for a bigger family and their needs.

I shifted to Rose Villa recently, and this ready-to-move, no-frills kind of property has been nothing but a plus in my life. The flat size is on the small side but livable, and the amenities, like basic power backup & lifts, were okay to get by with. Taking in the factor of Andheri West's pretty good connectivity, staying here is not inconvenient at all, considering that you are not looking for luxury.
