The major flip side of staying at Rose Villa is the flat size because their sizes are on the smaller end; it starts feeling cramped if you have more than 2 individuals in your family or have to host guests more than often. Some basic facilities like parking and water supply feel limited compared to newer buildings around. Also, traffic in the area and occasional crowding outside the building take away from the comfort of living in the west section of Mumbai. In the end, it is, at best, fine for a bachelor or a couple, but less so for a bigger family and their needs.
