Worst builder

Review On Buildwell Developers, Mumbai

As our society and few flats required renovation so we had decided to give contract to buildwell developer. This builder is very popular in our area. Also the cost of the contract he took was too high. The main problem is that he takes many contracts at a time and so the workers available with him are very less. He promised to complete the work within three years but now six years have past but the work haven't been completed yet. Also the builder don't visit the site regularly. Also the workers don't come on holidays. We had told the builder to change the proposal and make a new implementation. But he don't listen and ignore. Most of the time he shout at us and tell that the contract would be cancelled and no money would be refunded. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder because of his slow work and rude behavior.
