When I enquired online, Brick & Bolt took all my details completely, as to what my requirement was including that it was an extension project and construction sq ft area and budget.

With all this information someone calls me asks me everything from scratch and tells me that they cannot execute the project because my expectation and budget does not meet their minimum criteria.

I want to ask, why the hell did they collect all this information in the first place online and then come back to me and say they can't work with me.

Its funny how stupid they are .
