Again the water problem started in Arihant Anshula.Without any proper documents they had published in NBH APP that the water level is declining.When we ask for a detailed report they are just keeping quiet.Here we are getting water only for 10 minutes and that too in the morning.They are not even letting the engineers staying here to do the study report.Already a few months back, engineers staying here proved that there is no such shortages in Arihant Anshula and if required, we can do the study once more .But they are not at all ready to listen since it is very clear that there is no such shortages here.Main hobby of the office bearers are unnecessarily closing the valves and without pumping the water to the OH tank.Buildres are just watching these atrocities and enjoying.Spending lakhs of rupees and giving these type of third rated services will be available from Arihant Builders.
So please think properly.Don’t fall into their fake promises by announcing that buy one flat and get one free.Without completion of the jobs, builder will just handover the societywithout any proper agenda and the corrupted office bearers and of course for their personal gains they are tortouring the residents staying here.
RO and STP are totally functionless and they are supplying the unfiltered water to the residents and that too for 15 minutes in the bathrooms.We had given around Rs 1000 by each resident to get it repairer and without any AMC they started running RO and for the past 1 year we are getting the unfiltered water .Now they have denied that too.Flushing water is so bad and I am telling the builder to come and stay in this society to understand what they have done to the residents staying here.
Yesterday water cameonlyfor 2 hours throughout the day and today from morning onwards there is no water in this society.Here the office bearers are just mentally torturing us and how one can go to office without having our basic hygiene.I don’t know who has given them the rights to deny our basic amenities.Already spoke to the builder regarding this but all in vain.They are just sitting there to collect money and impose fine for late charges.They are not even bothered to see what is happening in their own society.So please don’t buy any property from ARIHANT BULDER.Definitely you will get into trouble. Without any proper agenda builders appointed some corrupted office bearers and because of that we don’t have water in our block.Now they are doing the tank cleaning for no reason at all. When we question them, they began to expose their cruel behaviour and publish all the blunders in Mygate App.To get commission from the vendors, they are unnecessarily creating water shortages.When we ask for reports, they will do their calculations either by switching off the motor pumps.It is a basic common sense that by running the RO and switching off the pump is definitely going to create water shortage.These type of torture is being done on a daily basis and we are regretting to buy a flat from a third rated builder.
As far as RO is concerned, they are not at at all doing the dosing correctly and we are getting brown coloured water affecting our skin and other health conditions.Who is going to compensate for that?
STP is non functional for the past 3 years and the flush water is so dirty and the closet is full of brown stains.
Office bearers Saajan, Naresh, Jaik and many others along with the builders are involved in this.They are torturing the residents here only to kickbacks.Simply digging borewell without any proper study and again claiming that there is severe water shortage.Now they are cleaning tanks and for that they have water and for the residents, they are saying that there is severe water shortage
HAVE YOU EVER HEARD ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN ANY SOCIETY?HERE TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT AND CORRUPTION IS AT ITS PEAK AND BUILDER IS NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS
PLEASE DON’T BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM ARIHANT.THEY WILL TORTURE YOU AND WILL NOT ALLOW US TO LIVE PEACEFULLY.
