Hi I booked a flat in arihant aspire and they promised to finish the position by december 2023 for first 2 tower, however when I look at the project still no lift no painting and now they are saying it will take a year more, which is a big issue cause in the agreement they mentioned the finishing date of entire project so I can't even fight now. It's such a pathetic builder giving false promises, the more it gets delayed it's a huge loss for me.

Dear team

This is to highlight the case of the token amount equalling Rs. 108000/-paid for the booking in ARIHANT ASPIRE, PANVEL on Nov 2022. Today one of their employees called us informing us that our cheque has been bounced. How the hell the cheque can be bounced when our money was deducted last year? While we were informed that it's already been deducted...the employee started speaking to us rudely. He was forcing us to come to their office to solve the problem. After conflicts, they agreed that it was their mistake. The mistake was in their system.

Please answer my qts Arihant's team,

Is this the way to speak to your clients?

Why your system is making mistakes?

Why do we receive calls during non-official hours?

Because of this kind of issues your client are declining....and we are one of them to move out of it.

As I can see, this all reviews are mentioned are not about Arihant Aspire which is located in panvel. actually this project is not complete yet,

I would like to mention my personal experiance, Sales team behavior is very good they give us a better options as per our own requirements, communication is also good. and if am going to talk about the project - the project is Amazing! bcos of this location, its good for living and for investment also. I already have one house in a same village its been 28 years now. everything is going well till now all amenities and construction quality everything is going perfect. there are 2 building which are going to complete in next year and few building will complete in 2025 as per builder commitments, lets see!

I hope everything will go smooth, and lets see what happen in future, I will definitely update on it bcos also have booked a flat in same project.

Sales team will not tell you what is the cancellation process at the time of booking. Once you say I want to cancel my booking they will said within 6 days you have cancel else your money will not refund...stay away

This is to highlight the case of thetoken amount equalling Rs. 50000/-(Annexure A & Annexure B) paid for the booking of flat No. 1508 inARIHANTASPIRE, PANVEL on 2nd Oct'21.

As per the communication while payment of the token amount on 2nd Oct'21, this amount can be refunded within 15 days of the receiptof moneyif the payee wants to cancel the booking.

But due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel the booking. So as per the communication, we went to the site office today i.e on 17th Oct'21(the date falls within the 15 day limit already communicated initially)to cancel the booking. After reaching the site office, we wereshocked to know from you that the amount of Rs. 50000 /- which we paid was non-refundable after 6 days. Thisrule of yours was neither communicated nor provided inwritten.
