Hello,
I am a customer of airtel.
Customer exceutives come to my home and proposed his schemes plan 150 one.
I have changed my card as prepaid to postpaid and paid Rs 600, 500
deposit and 100 activation charge. Customer exceutives told me you
will get your deposit after 6 month by cheque.

I received one SMS from Airtel, Rs 287 they charge me in advance, I do
not understand this.
I went to Airtel office ( Mumbai malad West ) on May 06, 2005, for
changing my card prepaid to post paid, I talked to Miss Poonam there.
She told me you have to pay the bill and your deposit you will not get
your deposit by cheque but it will be added to your mobile as talk
time plus 287 which they charge by thier new policy. What is this all,
Why there are giving so much trouble to Customers.
When I call at 121 on May 07, 2005 morning, and talked to Miss Pinky,
She didnt respond correctly.
And she was not ready to registered my complaint when I explained her
my proplems. She told me you will get you deposit after 45 days
working days after cancellation of your card. It means I can use the
cards for so many days...
I m very disappointed with the services.
Kindly look into the matter.
