This is about a prepaid connection,
the number I had taken after coming new in NCR region, all was going well and fine, but one day all got disturbed, I was using mobile office services with their normal rate. some .xyz p/25 or 30 kb
one day I saw my balance finished, it was around 150 something rupees in it, I was shocked I thought may be I have opened some services which used internet and data was finished, but my phone data log didnt showed that, any way I given them benefit of doubt,
next time I put in some money to check the problem, and started mobile office, I was shocked I lost all my money around 22 rs in few less than 100 kb data exchange, I called the customer service to lodge complain, it was around 30 november 2008, they registered with id 113024710510, and promised action in 3 days. I waited and assumed it will be done and used the mobile office service again, but alas!
that was airtel,
it sucked my money again.this time I lost 25 rupees again and there after again I lodged complaint with ID - 3120604104700 on date 11 december 2008
again I was promised action .
again I recharged with small voucher and used the gprs, guess what it is AIRTEL contrast with state service providers BSNL, there is no real difference . I had again lost money for using mobile office service, this time I precisely noted because customer care people QUIZ like they are going to search for some murderer or rapist, so for them I noted to tell

30 kb incoming data
balance deduction was 17 rupees
complaint lodged in reminder, no number given.
guess what.
again I had used the services of mobile office in anticipation of the worthy customer care heads of AIRTEL who learn so many nonsense Blah Blah about marketing fundamentals of satisfying customer, here even basics were not provided.
so.
this time the statistics run like this.

8 kb sent
time 1710 to 1715
money charged 22 rs.
complain lodged on 22 december 08.

no action taken, and instead the system has been made to my number in such a way that by calling customer care I never connect to customer care executives, if I had to talk I have to take other persons airtel mobile then call customer care number then it connects to customer care .
so the message is
THINK TWICE Before TAKING AIRTEL CONNECTION! I would say BEWARE
So SCAM continues, after offering for cheating my around 300 rupees with a verbal apology, This time it is VALUE added services trick to extract big money fast.
A regular no call comes to my phone, I couldnt attend, I call back later, as I am in some noisy network, I listen for some seconds to realize it is a advt Call, I cut off immediately. this is 2 pm of the day.
Now at 5 30 pm I get sms telling me 45 rupee deduction for choosing and amending a service.! with a 5 digit code no of the service( a code which I never dialed). and u have to call to PAID line for registering complain . no 584100 for 9717859665 dated 15 nov 2011 .
Shame on the managers of the airtel service for devising such cash cheating systems. Shame on the institues which teach you management.
