I am fed with your services, I have lot of complaint no. and my problemstill did not solved by any tata engineer. Many times I have been toldthat your problem will be solved, tata engineer will come to your home.
I have changed my Tata Model, checked earthing connection and format myPC, but still I could not able to browse any web pages. Sometime itgets connected but after some time there are errors in sent and receivebytes. Now I have not been connected for the last five six days andTata engineer is yet about to come.
Daily there is technical problem in internet department, I have towaste lots of my time and energy, but could not able to connect tointernet department.
I have always been informed that there is some technical problems orserver upgration. What is this?, Can you compensate my works or loss???
Customer Service of TaTa Indicom is very very pathetic, I had beentalking at 121 and wanted to understand the bill, but I could not getsatisfactory reply he told that I will ask my senior again and againand finally disconnect the phone, What is this ???
