Hi Ajesh, I was in exactly the same boat as you a few days back. Purchased DVR online for 6390.. .no installation done in 48 hours... Karthik kept telling his lies and then stopped picking my calls… customer care kept asking me to wait… I sent a mail to the Nodal officer… got a call from Servic...e Engineer who came and did the installation on Day 3… and then… “I AM LOVING IT!!!” If you have a LED TV… the only channels you can watch nicely are HD ones – and considering Videocon has the maximum no of HD channels, you would not repent your decision. The service guy told me there are too many installations in Mumbai these days and they typically work will 1-2am in the morning!!! That probably explains the delay. Regards, ParikshitRead More
