You are right. But in this case, the product features advertised in the TV was exactly as per my expectation. I was looking for a duel SIM moile with longer battery with QWERTY key pad. As per the features advertised, it was looking great. But in practical use, this product is not at all good. Despi...te of having duel battery, the charge does not last for more than a day. Yes,, it was a mistake, I should have gone through the review before placing the order. I never thought HS18 team is a bunch of cheaters.Read More

You are right.. Unfortunately, only after placing the order and making payment, when I checked on reviews of HS18, I thought OMG ! Will I get my product atleast or not. Finally the product did come, but not as advertised. Anyway, I would not like to get into sending back, waiting for months together... for getting money back.
