This is yet another instance of a person blindly going by brand and marketing of Brigade. People should be able to judge by facts and not through some vague examples.

Owners of Brigade apartments, try to share your experiences with others. It will help first time buyers not to believe everything what the Marketing guys of Brigade proclaim. Are they worth the lakhs and crores of rupees? Let us not become real estage agents.

Brigade is very good in marketing. But their projects are delayed to a great extent. If you have lot of money and willing to wait for 2-3 years for construction. Go for it. Otherwise, they are pain.
