I have booked a product which code 7272 on 19th July 2008 on Home Shop 18 but still now they not delivered the product. I think 7 to 10 days delivery commitment is totally bogus. My booking no is 700339370. It is a very worst service to deliver the product.
I already call them 10 times and every time I got answer that I will receive the product within next 5 days but 22 days already left and I have not received my product. It is very frustrated and hopeless situation and I promise that I would never order any product from any online shopping and if I have not received the product then I would log a complain in consumer forum.
On 9th August 2008 I call again but they have not provided any satisfactory answer and give me complain number like 330891 and told me that product will delivery within 14th August 2008. But I think its all are bogus. Top management know every thing regarding all these customer harassment and they do this intentionally.
I request everybody first log a FIR and then log complain at Consumer Forum from their own city. It should be very urgent to do something against them.
