It's a myth that ICSE syllabus is tough. My kid is doing well and ICSE syllabus has been a breeze so far. No issues until now. Infact I feel that choosing ICSE was a very good decision. Teachers are usually good. Some teachers may not be as good as others and that's true everywhere.

How would a school call and meet each parent, from among 2000 applications submitted? You are underestimating the number of people who apply there.

My experience has been very different. The buses are punctual on most days. Money is the last thing in their mind and its one of the most affordable schools given the quality of education they impart.

The bus staff is very responsible, even though they expect absolute punctuality from parents. So don't bother and dont deprive your kid of a great schooling experience.

I would prefer the review to be more focussed towards the school and teaching methodology. May be its a bit too early but my experience has been pretty good in last one year.

My daughter is studying in ICSE Mallasandra since this June (Std 1). The experience has been great. A lot of positive changes in the child in the last 6 months. Teachers are very good and so far no issues. It has lived up to its reputation. BTW, it's 13 kms from my place and the bus takes around 35 ...minutes. Some 2 months back they were available at Rs 1100 to Rs 1200 and Rs 50 extra for east facing and 10% for corner plots. Hope it helps.

Well I have a manual Civic and got 12-13 on highway and 9-10 in city. Though I admit my driving style is not the most mileage friendly and I brake and accelerate very often.

Well, somehow I had a very pleasant pre-sale experience. They not only picked me up from Total Mall but gave refreshements etc. Nice gesture. Their sales executive Rehman was very prompt and courteous and never avoided any of my 20 odd calls. If he did not pickup the call he reverted wihtin minutes....
