what about the customer care or their managers? Are they not MaxNY entities? Worst experience with the cust care (they disconnect calls) and with their so called website. Dont believe in them.

Not true... I defer. Worst attitude people wrt ULIP policies. website is technology dependent. Not operational while you want to switch ur funds online. They dont entertain requests on phone call nor in form of email. They disconnect the call while you debate on their mistakes (they accepted their m...istake after I called them 25-26 times, mailed them 4-5 times). They dont take ULIP customers (who are with them for more than 5 years) seriously. Attitude: do what you want to do.Read More

I agree, worst attitude of company, cust care dept, any other managers for matter of fact, poor services on phone, web site not operational to do any transactional operation (like switch fund) and u cannot switch online, nor on phone if site dont work out for u. I had a policy with them for more than 5 years and my capital amount is still 80% of what I invested. Attitude worse than this cannot be experienced. Talk to them on call or mail, u dont get any assistance. They also keep ur calls disconnecting while on call with customer care. Fund transfer request... should also be taken on call if the site does not allow to do so. My case, they did not take my request on call when site fund switch was not working. They talk about their company policies if you ask them to take request on phone line.Read More

NO, I dis-agree, pls look into my case and you will come to know the worst attitude of the employees at customer care and their managers. Worst part is they disconnect the call when in debate and when they have no answer to your question.
