I took a unit linked plan with Max new york with quarterly premium payment option. I paid 15000 Rs every year and in the fifth year I surrendered the policy and got 52000 Rs i.e. 8000 Rs lesser than the premium amount paid by me.
Pls check details on their service charges and about their fund performance before taking any policy. its better to put money in fixed deposit than these kind of useless policies. Only favorable point is that they paid me in 15 days time without delaying much
