We had booked 3 rooms at the Bandipur resort but my family and I couldn't go as our 6 year old had a medical emergency. I called to request cancelation of 1 room but was met with a firm 'it is our policy not to refund for any reason unless you cancel 3 days prior. We can't make an exception for you as people get sick all the time, people expire (die), and people meet with accidents. If we do it for you, we would need to do it for them'.

I made a booking in June to stay at this resort on August 6th and 7th, but by 1st July something came up and I had to cancel. The cancellation policy states that dates may be cancelled or altered 7 days prior to check-in so I was well within this period. Since that day to this I have not had a refund, just emails going back and forth, and what's worse is that in one email sent in July they have said that the money has been refunded! This is a terrible way to treat a genuine customer and has put me off ever booking with them again.

Today sent an email to Sanpdeal team-Not solving issues is leading us to take action which will impact your brand .
My article has 25K saw post and we will still promote until we get all the refunds back on damages and till it reaches ur investors and your CEO ..Soon the next phase of action will... start with 100K people in mind and this time it will reach them ..No more stinkers its time to action.
Leave about the relationship with you..We are not interested in doing any kind of business with you guys any more..You guys play game in the name of policy and make the vendor liable for the mistake from logistics team....Make a revenue model out of damages..we will not keep quiet anymore .....Also writing emails/letters to various chambers of commerce and trade associations to not to deal with you guys and all stories will be out if many other vendors would have been treated like us .. For me you guys our one BIG CHEAT COMPANY
Issues are still open and category heads are sleeping with no interest to sort issues out..Wakeup guys ...Raman & Nitin are CC'd on so many emails where we have raised voice on damages but i think its waste of time and efforts marking/calling these guys ...
We are deeply frustrated and hurt with the actions of snapdeal seller help desk team . I think one of the WASTE team of snap deal and My Jain is also same like the category heads of snapdeal or would say that is the DNA/culture of snapdeal to keep silence and DO NOT ACTION and SORT things out

Indiaplaza the reputed brand run and managed by industry expert and pioneer Vaitheeswaran, founder and CEO is under big crisis.
The company has stopped paying it vendors and there are “n” numbers of vendors whose payments are on hold due to unavailable of funds.
The reason provided by great “Damager” of the company is that there are expecting funds from Mr Param who’s in USA to sell the stake of the sinking ship.
I am also backend service provider of India Plaza and our more than 5lks is outstanding which India plaza is unable to pay due to unavailable of funds and company is asking for us for some settlements.
Raising my Voice legally and sending notice to India Plaza.
