Sanpdeal is a cheat company – Call for vendors -do not support such companies. Customer do not buy anything from snapdeal the cheat company. Dare to write this but the fact is the E-commerce platform providers like snapdeal survives due to support from vendors like us and later cheats us only with the damages.
These people just don't understand that they have grown humongous due to support from us. It’s the vendor who had kept the product ready and you were only the person to facilities as broker between the buyer and the seller. Its just our trust for which we are paying the price, Make liable the person who had done the mistake and not the vendors guys by debiting the account.
There is lot we do and later getting the hit of damages on our account only gives pain in the AS_S. We are been facing Damage issues from snapdeal from last 12+ months and the worst part is irrespective of reporting the issue the team says it was not reported on time and some xzy reason to pass the bug on vendors head
The donkeys (Sellers help desk team headed by some Mr Jain) is making this as a revenue model by giving the item back to vendors and debiting the couriers team as well. This was clearly told by own team. (Inside story)
Every time you report damage, the seller help desk team tries to close the case by giving some nonsense reasons. “N” number of times the emails is escalated to the category head but no action is taken.jaise chalta hai account waise chal ne do’ again words from heads,
The total sales this company has given us is only 15 lbs in a year and damages are about 20-25+% and all are been debited from our account. We have been frustrated and now posting this in public.Guys stop supporting snapdeal instead support companies like Amazon and eBay much transparent and integrated company.
Snapdeal is one big Chor organization headed by Kunal Bhal CEO, I am sure he is not even aware of such incidents happening at the lower level .
These people have daily selling of 50000 products and 1 million new customer .But the people have dirty work culture which has(ZERO) no integrity, no transparency only thing what the company is looking how to cheat and create money from customers and vendors.
Snap deal don't expect people to shut their mouth by giving policy gyan on returns you will soon face legal notice from us for sure. Lot will join us and stop dealing with you once the article goes viral . I urge people to share this incidents and STOP dealing with Snap deal as vendor or as customers.
